Our wooden wicks are raw and pure, and this means that they require a little trim in between burns. Imagine trying to relight burnt wood from the fire, the flame will be difficult to achieve or it will not hold.

Simply pinch the top of the wick with your fingertips, and the dead wood will easily remove to discard. Your candle will relight as normal.

Even if the flame seems small, please allow it some time to absorb the wax. And always allow the candle time to burn to the edges.

An ideal candle burn time for candles is 2-4 hours.

Our flower diffusers are amazing! They really do work, and this is because they have been uniquely designed.

Over the first 24-72 hours, your oil will be absorbed into each flower petal. During this first stage you will see a dramatic drop in the fragrance.

Once the flowers and reeds have fully saturated, the fragrance oil will stabalise and continue to diffuse at a normal rate.

Wooden wick candles work exactly the same as standard wicks, but produce a longer and shorter flame. Sometimes with a slight wood fire crackle.

Before relighting your candle, simply pinch the burnt wood between your fingertips to remove any dead wood. This will easily come loose, no need to cut
away.

- Burn to the edges each time you light your candle to avoid 'tunnelling'

- Make sure there is no debris sitting on the wax as this can affect the flame and potentially cause smoke.

- Keep out of direct sunlight, this could cause discolouring and potentially affect the wax as it’s likely to melt in the heat.

- Always burn in a safe place on a protective surface.

The cotton rope quickly absorbs the liquid until it is saturated in your chosen fragrance, providing a quick strong aroma. The reeds continue to provide aroma stability by gradually drawing the scent and diffusing through each

- Keep away from heat sources as this will dry out your flowers and use your oil faster.

Each melt is a single cube of highly fragranced wax infused with relevant botanicals, fruits or oils. You will find each cube will be
fragrant for around 20 hours, making your home smell amazing!

Simply place a single wax melt into your wax melt burner. This can be an electric or tealight burner.

Keep remelting the wax in a wax melt burner until the scent is gone, or until you fancy a change, at which point just pop the cooled wax out and replace with another! Keep your melts fresh by storing them back in the packaging until next time.
